Returns

Certain items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase and with original receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
As per company policy, there will be no refunds.
Items eligible for exchange must be full priced items; discounted, promotional, sale items are all excluded.
The value is calculated in AED as per invoice value.
In case you want an exchange, you may choose items of the same value or a credit note for the same value.
The following items may not be returned for exchange or credit note:

Sale and promotional items unless defective or damaged at the time of the delivery prior to client signing the delivery receipt.
